Terms

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and DunOps. We've kept this short so you can actually read it.

Last updated · April 2026

The agreement

By using DunOps you agree to these terms. If you're using it for work, you confirm you can sign on your team's behalf.

By accessing or using DunOps (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

DunOps is a workspace for managing DNS, deployments, and related workflows with the Dun agent. Features change over time.

DunOps provides tools and automation for DNS, deployments, and related workflows - including Dun, the AI agent, which proposes changes you approve. Features and availability may change. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to the Service or other users.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for what you tell Dun to do in DunOps. Don't break laws, don't break other people's stuff, don't probe ours.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of configurations and for actions taken through your account — including changes proposed by the agent that you approve.
  • You must comply with applicable laws and third-party terms when connecting providers or domains.
  • You must not misuse the Service, probe or disrupt systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service to harm others.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access tokens secure.

AI-assisted output

The agent can be wrong. Always review proposals before approving — especially anything that touches DNS, email, or live traffic.

DunOps includes Dun, an AI agent that drafts proposals (DNS changes, deployments, workflows). These proposals are suggestions — they may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every change before it's applied. Approvals are designed for this reason.

Fees

Paid plans bill on the schedule shown at checkout. Cancel any time from billing settings.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase. Taxes may apply. Downgrades and cancellations follow the flow shown in billing settings. Refunds are handled case-by-case via support.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is. We do our best, but we can't promise zero downtime or that every AI suggestion is perfect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnity

If your use of DunOps gets us sued, you agree to defend us - basic boilerplate.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

Whichever law is in your subscription contract; otherwise, where DunOps operates.

These Terms are governed by the laws chosen in your subscription agreement or, if none, the laws applicable where DunOps operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
